Food is always piping hot, I love the live music. But i find the service is either Awful or amazing. Some of the young woman in there need some better vetting or training. Overall we enjoy going.

Having a Sleeman's Railside, I highly recommend this beer. Ordered the Beef Dip made from in-house roasted beef and hand-cut fries - EXCELLENT. GF order ribs and wings - did not disappoint. would most definitely return if I'm back in KW. Service was excellent BTW. Deserving of full 5 stars.

Great place for pub food and drinks. We sat outside on the Saturday if the August long weekend and enjoyed a bit of a quieter afternoon with our mini meal while watching the people go back and forth. Bathrooms are at the back and were Neely renovated. Very nice and clean there. Will go there again.

Cozy. Tasty. Nice background music (not too loud). Good selection of beers. Welcoming and timely service. Canadian burger could be a bit more juice. Felt dry. Maybe just not in my taste :) Also, it would be nice if there was an option for self-payment (QR code at the table for unattended online payment).

First time in the area and stopped by McCabe’s for lunch. The inside is deceiving from the outside as it’s actually two floors of spacious seating. It was fairly busy for a Sunday afternoon which was good sign. The service is on-point and very friendly. Drinks were served quickly and our order of nachos (appetizer) arrived shortly after. The chips are seasoned and the cheese is layered so you don’t get stuck with a pile of plain chips. The toppings (tomatoes, onions, and jalapenos) are piled on nicely. It’s definitely a generous portion so be prepared to share or take some home. Ordered the NY Steak (5 off on Sunday’s) and the 2 piece Fish & Chips. The NY Steak was seasoned and perfectly cooked to order. The Fish & Chips is the comfort food you expect from a pub and the serving size is massive. The fish is literally the length of your forearm - check the pics. Would definitely recommend and will be back to try the wings (half price 2pm-5pm).

Had a great time listening to live music, and the food was perfect. Were out of chicken wings, lol, but there are plenty of good and tasty options with generous portions and attentive server. Will be back!

Best fish and chips in town for sure. We ordered one with regular fries and one with sweet potato fries. Loved both fries too. Great atmosphere and service. The menu has several seafood and vegetarian options too. Would go back again.

Solid Irish pub in a convenient location Uptown. Came here for 1/2 price burger night and was not disappointed. Hefty portion of fries on the side and big juicy burger patty. Despite it being busy for dinner, drinks were poured perfectly and we were served by two great waitresses who were prompt and cheerful the entire time. We've been to the pub for just drinks later in the evening as well, and it hasn't disappointed.
